LEADER SCHOLARSHIP

SOAR first came together where members of the team designed their own SOAR T-Shirts to sell. The money that was collected from selling these t-shirts helped us build the funds required for our first scholarship, SOAR Leader Scholarship. Thank you to the community and supporters we were able to raise $500 within a short amount of time. On June 17, 2013 SOAR Philanthropic Society had presented its first $500 SOAR Leader Scholarship to Angad Singh Manku from Tamanawis Secondary School. The learning experience members of SOAR gained from their first project made them realize other big projects they can take on. Today, SOAR continues to hold much more advanced projects on a bigger scale within the community.
